Update -
cPanel patches have been deployed across all eligible servers. As mitigation measures are now in place for the majority of systems, we have lifted the temporary network-level blocks that were implemented to prevent unauthorized access.
We strongly recommend that all customers update to the latest version of cPanel & WHM as soon as possible to ensure full protection against this vulnerability. For servers not eligible for the patch, we will be reaching out shortly with guidance on what options are available to secure your environment.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and take any additional steps necessary to maintain system security and stability. If you need assistance with updating cPanel or have any concerns, please contact our Support team.

Monitoring -
We are currently monitoring a global security-related event affecting cPanel & WHM login access.
cPanel has published an official security update (https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/40073787579671-cPanel-WHM-Security-Update-04-28-2026) confirming that a security issue was identified in cPanel software relating to various authentication paths. cPanel has also released patched versions for supported cPanel & WHM releases in the last few hours.
As a precaution, several datacenters and hosting providers worldwide have temporarily restricted or filtered access to certain cPanel and WHM login ports while updates and security controls are being applied. This may temporarily affect access to cPanel from the AEserver Client Area, including Single Sign-On.
Service Impact:
Websites, email services, DNS, databases, and hosted services REMAIN OPERATIONAL - THERE IS NO DOWNTIME.
This incident affects login access to the cPanel / WHM interface only. It does not mean that your website, hosting account, files, email, or database are offline.
Possible Symptoms:
Some customers may experience:
cPanel login failure from the AEserver Client Area
Single Sign-On not opening cPanel
Timeout or connection errors when opening cPanel or WHM
Intermittent access depending on location, network, ISP, or datacenter routing
Current Action by AEserver:
Our technical team is actively reviewing all affected systems, applying vendor-recommended updates where applicable, and monitoring access restrictions across our hosting infrastructure.
Where required, we are also coordinating with upstream datacenter and network providers, as some access restrictions may be applied outside AEserver’s direct network layer.
Workaround:
If access through the AEserver Client Area does not work, please try accessing cPanel directly using one of the following methods:
https://yourdomain.com:2083
or
https://cpanel.yourdomain.com
Please use the cPanel username and password provided in your original hosting activation email titled “Your hosting is ready”.
For WHM access, VPS or reseller users may try:
https://yourserverhostname:2087
or
https://yourserverip:2087
P.S If you do not have the login credentials, please contact support team via a ticket and they will generate a new set of login credentials.
Important Security Reminder:
Please only log in using official AEserver or your own domain/server cPanel links. Do not enter your cPanel password on links received from unknown sources, social media posts, or third-party messages.
Expected Resolution:
There is no confirmed universal resolution time yet, as access may depend on vendor patches, local server update status, and upstream datacenter restrictions. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update this status page once access has fully normalized.
Next Update:
We will continue to update this incident as more verified information becomes available.
