As we grow in both the client base and the total network traffic that we generate every day, we have identified some areas of improvements to our infrastructure.
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades to our core network routers.
When: Early hours of Wednesday (04-03-2020) @ 00:30 GST. Window: 4 hours +/-
Downtime:
Due to the nature of the works involved in terms of replacement of physical components and cabling, there will be a downtime during this maintenance window. The internet traffic will go offline/online during this time and might appear up for some locations and down for others during the time when the routers will learn the new BGP path.
This downtime does not affect any individual customers' servers or components as the maintenance is done on the core data center components.
