Monitoring

We are performing emergency maintenance to migrate our cloud platform to a new backend system as part of immediate system enhancement works. This action is required to address platform stability and performance concerns and to ensure continued service reliability. The migration will also enable a broader selection of supported OS templates and additional improvements over the long term.

During this emergency maintenance window, temporary service interruptions and downtime may occur. In some cases, customers will be required to complete manual actions (such as validation steps, configuration updates, or service restarts) to finalize the migration successfully. We appreciate your cooperation and timely response to any instructions shared by our team.

Downtime & Credits: As this activity is classified as emergency maintenance, downtime credits may not apply during the maintenance window. However, we remain committed to fairness. Any unusually complex or exceptional cases can be reviewed case-by-case upon request.

Unsupported / EOL Operating Systems: Instances running old or end-of-life (EOL) operating systems may not be eligible for migration due to security and compatibility risks. Affected customers will be contacted and provided a timeframe to upgrade to a supported OS. If no action is taken within the given period, we may be unable to migrate the service, which could eventually result in the instance going offline.
